Creativity is not something you either possess or not.
It’s a muscle like any other thing. It needs feeding and sometimes other media isnt always that helpful. I love taking small trips and this sometimes fills me up with inpsiration and joy, the latest one I did was with my partner. We went to a small apartment showing by the Nationalmuseum in Copenhagen, it’s called Klunkehjemmet and is a house that was left as is since 1890s and it was a very cool place to wander around and imagine how it was back then. I’ll post some images to show you guys.
Armatus Act 2
I have just now finished the layout stage of the whole Act 2 book of Grimland: Armatus and have started to do the final page art on it. I’m ramping up the momentum and trying to aim at a finished second book in the trilogy by March or April. The Kickstarter might happen before or after that date ^_^
Next week I’m flying to the UK for the Thought Bubble event and cant wait to sit there and soak in the atmosphere and meeting fellow artists and readers!
I will be bringing a zine with me containing lore from the Grimland universe and a bunch of cards to hand out, plus the first Act 1 book ofc in both hard cover and soft cover.
What am I reading now?
Two books I jus got recently are on my reading list and these are both great for totally different reasons.
At the mountains of madness is a great adaptation of Locrafts work in a manga type style. The Star Wars book is more for research than anything else, I love seeing how the made up engineering works on those ships and mechanical creations to inspire myself for the second book cause most of it is situated on a ship.
Table at Thought Bubble
